Official Rules

AI Advantage LLC (2439 Cima Ct, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401), operator of waveskiwarriors.com. The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social platform.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning. Entries obtained through an order and entries obtained through the free method have identical odds and are pooled together.

The giveaway opens 12:00 AM Pacific on August 14, 2026 and closes 12:00 PM Pacific on October 1, 2026. Entries received outside that window are void. The winner is drawn on October 1, 2026.

With an order. Place any order at waveskiwarriors.com during the entry period and you receive one entry into each giveaway you are eligible for, at no extra cost. One entry per order, regardless of order size.

Free, no purchase. Use the free entry form on the giveaway section of waveskiwarriors.com and submit your name, email, and country. You receive one entry, on the same terms. Limit one free entry per person per giveaway per entry period. Automated or bulk entries are void.

Open to legal residents aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of AI Advantage LLC and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

• The Local Break is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia only, because of shipping restrictions on the prize.
• The Full Warrior Fit is open to entrants worldwide, wherever we can lawfully ship.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $545. Prizes are awarded as described, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. AI Advantage LLC may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable. Apparel is awarded in the size the winner selects, subject to availability. No alcohol is awarded as a prize.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period, counting free entries and order entries together.

One winner per giveaway is selected at random from all eligible entries and notified by email at the address on the entry within five business days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within seven days, or if the notification is undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is drawn.

The winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize. Where required by law, AI Advantage LLC will issue tax documentation and may require a completed tax form before the prize is released.

Entry details are used to run the giveaway and to contact the winner. They are not sold. Ask us at team@waveskiwarriors.com to remove your entry data at any time, which also withdraws the entry.

By entering you agree to these rules and to the decisions of AI Advantage LLC, which are final. AI Advantage LLC may disqualify any entry it believes is fraudulent or automated, and may suspend or amend the giveaway if it cannot be run as planned. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California.
